Terms of Service
Last updated: July 17, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Sonion (sonion.app), a creator program operated by Nozomio Labs (“we,” “our,” “us”) that pays creators for AI-generated short-form videos promoting Folk. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- The program is currently open to creators residing in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Ireland, and New Zealand.
- Access is invite-only. Invite codes are personal, and we may decline any application at our discretion.
- You must own or control the TikTok and Instagram accounts you register.
3. The Program
In short: you create videos following our formats, we review them, you post approved videos, and we pay you based on the views they earn.
- Warm-up. Before your first video, you complete the account warm-up and submit the required proofs for approval.
- Review first. Every video must be submitted as a draft and approved by our team before you post it. Posting unapproved content earns nothing.
- Both platforms. Approved videos must be posted on every platform the format lists (currently TikTok and Instagram), using the exact caption we provide — including your tracking code.
- Tracking. We collect public metrics of your posted videos on a recurring schedule. The tracking code in your caption is how views are attributed to you; if it is missing, earnings are held until it is added.
4. Earnings and Payouts
- Each format specifies its base pay, CPM rate, and maximum payout per video. Rates are shown in the dashboard before you submit.
- Earnings mature after a 7-day hold and become available for withdrawal once your available balance reaches the stated minimum (currently $25).
- Payouts are processed via Whop to your connected account.
- We may withhold, adjust, or reverse earnings in cases of fraud, artificial engagement, rule violations, or platform takedowns.
- You are responsible for any taxes on amounts you receive. You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of Nozomio Labs.
5. Content Rules
- No botting, view-boosting, engagement pods, reposting others’ content, or duplicate uploads.
- Follow each format’s rules, including required disclosures and end cards, and keep comments, views, and likes visible.
- No content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, dangerous, or that infringes third-party rights (including music you lack rights to use).
- You must comply with TikTok’s and Instagram’s terms and all applicable advertising disclosure rules (e.g. FTC guidelines), including marking content as sponsored where required.
6. Licenses
- Your content. You retain ownership of videos you create. You grant Nozomio Labs a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display submitted and posted videos for marketing, advertising, and program operations, including reposting them from Folk-owned accounts and using them in paid promotion.
- Our materials. We grant you a limited license to use Folk brand assets, prompts, and format materials solely to create videos for the program.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, attempting to manipulate metrics, or any conduct we reasonably consider harmful to the program. Unpaid earnings from violating content are forfeited. You may stop participating at any time; legitimately earned, matured balances above the payout minimum will be paid out.
8. Disclaimers
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any level of views, earnings, or continued availability of the program, formats, or rates, which we may change or discontinue at any time. We are not affiliated with TikTok or Meta, and we are not responsible for actions those platforms take against your accounts.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nozomio Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amounts we paid you in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date; continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
